Rough Country offers a 90 day satisfaction guarantee that gives full credit on what you purchase. The purchaser is only required to pay for the freight to return it.
The length of their warranties vary from part to part, but here are a few examples.
- Hard Suspension Components (Covers leaking, diminished dampening, and breakage) are backed by Lifetime Replacement Warranty
- Leaf & Coil Springs (Covers atypical sagging, breakage, or failure) are backed by a 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
- Shocks & Stabilizers (Covers leaking, diminished dampening, and breakage) are backed by a 3 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
- LED Lights (Covers casing, bulbs, and wiring) are backed by a 3 Year Limited Warranty
For people who own brand new vehicles, and are concerned that modifications will void manufacturer warranties on the vehicle, they also offer a Warranty Guard. Rough Country's Warranty Guard has you covered, even when your manufacturer doesn't. This free protection supplements your manufacturer's warranty, guaranteeing that if you are denied repair due to having a Warranty Guard protected product on your vehicle, then Rough Country will foot the bill for your repair! For up to 5 years / 100K miles / or until your manufacturer's warranty ends, if there is a failure of a factory warranty-covered part due to installation of our suspension product, we will cover the repairs at a factory authorized shop - all you pay is a $100 deductible!
