I got an email that my order was received, when will it ship?
Depending on the product you ordered it can ship the same day if order is placed early in the business day, or take a couple of days to prepare for shipment. Once shipped, we will email you tracking information about your order.
Do the items I purchased from your website include warranty?
AWT Jeep carries the manufacturer provided warranty for the products we sell. We are an authorized dealer and distributor for every product in our store.
What is the process if my product is found to be defective?
Please notify AWT within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) if you find any defective parts. In order to accurately replace defective items β please do not install or throw away any packaging wherever possible. Contact AWT immediately for these issues so we can work to resolve them for you in a timely manner.
I ordered incorrectly, am I able to change an item in my order?
Yes, as long as the product has not yet shipped, you can modify/change the order. Please contact AWT immediately to ensure the order does not get shipped. Even if you are unsure of the correct part you need to order β please contact AWT as soon as you are aware of a problem with the order so we can stop the shipment from leaving our facility.
My order was shipped to the wrong address, what happened?
AWT ships to the shipping address provided by the order. If you accidentally entered the wrong address, contact AWT to correct the address. If the order has already been delivered it is difficult to claim any wrongdoing due to FEDEX/UPS/Shipping policies. However, you can file a claim with the shipping company and notify AWT of this claim for our support.
What will happen if an item in my order is found to be Out-of-Stock?
If an item you purchase turns out to be out of stock, AWT will contact you with alternative products suitable to the item you ordered as an option. Should you choose not to purchase any alternative products, AWT will process a refund for your purchase of that item in full.
Do you offer any military discounts?
Yes. AWT proudly supports and encourages our men and women of service. Depending on the product(s) the discounts may vary β please contact AWT for more details.
Do you offer phone/installation support?
Yes! The AWT Team encourages this. We install and even help with the research on all of the products we carry. Call your AWT rep today to help assist you with your questions.
Where are you located?
We are located at 11350 Northwest Fwy, Houston, TX 77092 right off Highway 290.
I never received my order. What do I do?
Contact AWT immediately. We issue a tracking number for all orders and our first step is to track that order. However, every case can vary and it is difficult to provide a standard policy here. Best thing to do is contact us as soon as possible to research the matter.
What are your hours of operation?
AWT Facilities are open Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 6:00PM and 9AM to 5:00PM on Saturdays. Our team takes Sundays to recharge their batteries and spend time with their families.
